<Accordion title="Can physical cards be used in mainland China?">
  Yes. As long as the POS terminal or ATM displays the Visa/Mastercard logo, they can be used.

<Accordion title="Why is the physical card issuance price so high?">
  Compared with virtual cards, physical cards include: hardware chip cost, printing cost, international shipping cost, and manual data writing cost. This is a one-time investment and is cost-effective for long-term use.

  Yes. If you have purchased a Sumsub merchant account, enter your account key and verification level in the system, and it will be integrated automatically.

  1. The user was flagged by the bank's risk control and is not eligible for a card.
  2. The merchant's reserve account balance is insufficient to cover the card issuance cost.

  Bank processing for refund transactions typically takes 2–10 business days. Please advise the user to wait patiently.

<Accordion title="Why is the refund amount in USD, but the user received another token?">
  If the user is using a USD card, most types of refunds are processed in USD. The merchant can choose any digital currency as the refund currency; the refunded amount will be converted at the exchange rate at the time of refund and credited to the user's digital currency account.
