For merchants who manage their own budget funds.Before cardholders make purchases, please ensure the budget fund remains above the recommended level.

1. Top Up Budget Fund

Top up the budget fund account from the linked MPC wallet. Deposits are made in cryptocurrency and, after deducting deposit fees, are automatically converted into fiat (USD).

2. Withdraw Budget Fund

After initiating a withdrawal request, the platform will review it. Once approved, the withdrawal will be completed from the budget fund account. Always keep sufficient funds in the budget fund account to support cardholder spending. Withdrawals will incur handling fees.

3. Budget Fund Balance Details

Cardholder spending, card issuance, shipping fees, and other related items will freeze and deduct corresponding amounts from the budget fund. The budget fund balance detail page displays changes in funds by multiple dimensions such as spending, deposits, withdrawals, shipping fees, and more.

4. Reserve Ratio Alerts

It is recommended to set up an alert email to monitor situations where the reserve ratio is insufficient in a timely manner.

  1. Changes in end-user assets (such as deposits and withdrawals) and changes in the budget account (such as card issuance, spending, and refunds) will all affect the reserve ratio.
  2. The reserve ratio is used to evaluate the budget fund’s ability to support user spending. Please monitor it continuously to ensure stable operations.
