Use the financial records module to review transaction flows such as deposits, withdrawals, and card spending, and to complete daily financial reconciliation.

1. Deposit Records

View members’ historical deposit records. You can search by member ID or email to find all deposit records for a given member. If there is a deposit exception, you can use the TXID to trace the on-chain transaction.

2. Withdrawal Records

Once members initiate withdrawals from their accounts, corresponding withdrawal records will appear. After manual or automatic approval is completed, funds are withdrawn from the wallet to the member’s provided address. You can configure an automatic approval mechanism to balance user experience and fund security.
Make sure your MPC wallet has sweeping enabled and that the gas station wallet contains sufficient gas fees to complete on-chain transactions.Most withdrawal failures are caused by insufficient gas fees or incomplete sweeping. Please check related wallet status regularly.

3. Spending Records

Record all transactions completed via payment cards, including card issuance, authorization, successful transactions, reversals, and refunds. Transaction details include clear information such as fees, merchant information, and order details.

4. Exchange Records

Record detailed logs of exchanges between different currencies for members.
